Tomorrow is going to be a great day of worship at New Life!  In addition to the usual opportunities for praising God and hearing His word, we'll be celebrating baptisms at the second service!  We'll be moving outdoors for that portion of the service and it's always powerful to hear those being baptized telling us of why they're taking the important step of obedience in being baptized, and then participating in an action Jesus commanded us to carry out in His Great Commission!  We're also going to be enjoying a special time of fellowship between the services as we have our first summer brunch after the 8:45 a.m. service! 

Corporate worship IS a central part of our life together as Jesus' followers.  Making it a priority each Sunday, sets the tone for our week, and reminds our children and us that our life of faith isn't one option among many we choose each week.  I know some of you will be on vacation, and others take weekend trips during the summer, but remember--America has more than 350,000 local churches.  There's sure to be one near wherever you are tomorrow.  Take the time--make the time--to put God first.  After all, as Soren Kierkegaard put it so well, "If you don't seek first the Kingdom of God, you won't seek the Kingdom of God."  Amen!
