Pastor Chris shared two announcements in worship today: 1. Grow! The elders council entered into an 18-month lease agreement with St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church to rent 320 West Main St. for a student ministry activity center. The building will also be used for meetings and other small group gatherings. The $700 per month rent (includes all utilities) has been underwritten. If you would like to share a second mile gift for this unbudgeted grow item (the amount doesn't matter), submit a check to NLCM and note "320 W. Main St." in the memo section. 2. Go! Due to the roof replacement at the South Butler Primary School, we are unable to gather there for worship in July and August. The ministry staff is reviewing options and will share their input to the elders council in May. Go we will go ... to 127 Knoch Rd. or another building in the South Butler system. As God continues to grow New Life and as we go to gather at various locales, it is a blessing to know that no matter where we are, He is there! Come and grow and go with Him and us! |
